Ghetto < Squalor
Mother Nature has Exploded during the night.
No major catastrophic damage
And yet…..
Overnight she transformed ghetto into squalor.
Human life that was teeming with crowded, go-nowhere destructive dramas
Is now without energy.
Just dazed and without spirit to recuperate
And/or clean-up.
It’s a good day for drinking for many.
Beach erosion the ghetto tried to deny
Is too obvious to hide.
Clutter and debris that accumulated for generations
Is wind-blown and soggy with the night’s storming rain.
All exposed by Mother Nature’s responses to human nature’s folly.
