ALL THAT ATTEMPTS TO DISTURB CORE PEACE & JOY

THERE HAS BEEN,
AND IS,
GREAT PURPOSE FOR ALL THAT YOU ARE.
GUTTED, SEASONED, MARINATED
LEFT FOR ROADKILL BY BRUTALITIES,
MORE TIMES THAN YOU CAN REMEMBER
YET SOMETHING MORE CONTINUES TO BREATHE YOU.
THAT SOMETHING MORE CAN NEVERDIE
NOR WAS IT EVER BORN.
IT SIMPLY IS
IT IS ENERGY OR LIFE THAT IS GREATER
THAN HUMAN MIND CAN FATHOM
IT IS BEYOND WORDS AND THOUGHTS
IT IS BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER YOUR LIFE IN FORM
IT SIMPLY IS

Excerpt from
GODSEED: The Alchemy of Primordial Memory
elizabeth walker/Dorothea Mills
each time we need to transform ourselves.
We each have an appointment with destiny
but must suffer the disappointments of fate in order to arrive there.
Fate would stop us in our tracks and strip us to the bone,
so that we might discover the essential imagination
and seeds of destiny sown at the core of ourselves.
Fate will ensnare and constrain the vitality of our lives
until we learn where the wind of destiny would have us go.

It is the soul that lends all things movement.

Like the sun, only when you set in the west can you rise in the east.

Because for those who love with heart and soul
there is no such thing as separation.

nothing tyrannizes their hearts.
What strikes the oyster shell does not damage the pearl

this moment,
every moment,
if it's genuinely inside you,
brings what you need.
There's nothing to believe.
Only when I stopped believing in myself did I come into this beauty.
Sit quietly,
and listen for a voice that will say,
'Be more silent.

AFTERNOON
IMPOSE YOURSELF LIKE A ROSE OR THE SUN
Humans have an instinctive need to impose themselves upon others.
This is not necessarily a bad thing – it all depends on the area in which you seek to impose your will and how you go about it.
Does not a rose impose itself?
Yes.
By its beauty and its fragrance it imposes itself upon us,
but with what gentleness! And when the sun shines, it also imposes itself,
since you begin to take off your coats and your jackets.
Of course, if you are not wearing a hat you could get sunstroke,
but the sun does not use violence,
it does not come down from the sky intending to strike you down.
It simply says,
‘Be careful, my rays are powerful, take precautions,
otherwise you will be burned.’
‘Be careful, if you stay near me, I shall replace all your miasma with my fragrance.’ Like the sun and the rose,
we have the right to impose ourselves,
but only with our light, love, gentleness and beauty.

In my experience, true healing is not a state where we become
liberated from feeling,
but freer and flexible to experience it more fully.
It is the willingness to make a journey into the darker,
deeper, more complex, and more nuanced dimensions
of the psychic spectrum,
to touch the fullness of what it means to have taken birth here,
to allow in the implications of that
and to use these discoveries to connect with others,
to discover that while suffering is very personal,
it is also archetypal and,
as the Buddha noted,
is universal in human experience.
and vulnerable emotional bodies
to form as a bridge
through which we can listen to,
hold,
attune to,
and love the others in our lives.
