Post Sunrise:  View from our window....backyard Gualin "sleeping"...
.....in Vast Core Silence for who knows how long? 
We have noticed this bird for well over 30 minutes...never moving..
..yet know its Vast Core Silence is "Wide Awake"!!! 
.....due to the Heightened Stillness.
