Sunrise/Afternoon January 8, 20161/8/2016 The morning session of Amazing Whooshing Flow Yoga continued to be "beyond-words" Auspicious....PLUS....the Ocean Beach in afternoon after some stormy/blustery cooler weather.....well, what to say, except we want to share Yoga photos from the morning, plus all afternoon photos in order photographed....in Honour of this day....so Fulled with Quantum Dimensional (QD) Synchronicities.........ew/dmm A Milestone Time again last night and all day today.....after the ew writing below....and living that all morning, instead of our usual resistance and frowns re: repetitive irritants....we spent long time in noon sun at beach. LARGE BREAKERS...and took over an hour to have courage to get further out into ocean. ..we did, but was almost tumbled/rolled due to an extra large and strong "tsunami" (to me) wave. The photos are so stunning we are putting all on this post in order taken. This is the Scribing/writing from this morning: SWELL APPROACHES GO TOWARDS IT WITH ALL THAT YOU ARE AND FLY ew 5:46 AM - 8/6/15 We just did that earlier with" Ocean" (waves in forms of usual irritants i resist) and what a difference… More than we could ever have imagined Happened in Celebration/Honour of Real Life. Truly beyond words/thoughts and the telling. Only Life Lived can Be The Telling. There is no “I” in all of this… ..so cannot say ‘I am not the same’ or I am “not”. …..but can BE < ‘Just Is’. Low, Low Tide Near South End of beach, my favortie "Jacuzzi" spot in the reefs is Evershining today...and much more. Almost NO people....hard sand and the water so clear.... cool with celestial purple hues when you are in it up to your shoulders....gentle swells. Big undertow in just a few inches of water, too. Below: Just after an extra large wave that almost tumbled camera/me, we scurried to shore and see this scene.....the pet gull waiting for me....obviously found some popcorn kernels left-over from my beach "lunch" while strolling. I Sense she knows i have popcorn for lunch! Below: Have strolled north towards The Rock...this is from sitting again in the sand/tides and taking photos from that level as breakers come in. Embodied - Ensouled Beyond Preferences All Afternoon Photos in order experienced July 7, 20157/7/2015 These are Milestone Times for me personally. Mother Nature, Mother Ocean Attunements are vital. As usual since October 2012 when on island, I am spending approximately 2 hrs for sunrise on the beach each morning and at least 2 hours each afternoon....most always Solitary. Each day is posted on OceanSpeak on the weebly website...with a theme and/or "condition" of my soul and Nature/Speak! New for me (or maybe truly Ancient Origin, but now ReActivated) is to be IN the ocean water more... Praises Be to friends who have helped me Understand how to embrace and move towards the large swells...and they do NOT knock us over!!! This has been life changing. Also re-Saturating even more deeply with a variety of the TAO, especially Bill Martin and Stephen Mitchell's versions. On the OceanSpeak section, there is a "Category" for S. Mitchell's The Second Book of The Tao, as there are many days we have offered a chapter plus photographs. Today, i just MUST put all of this afternoon's photos on this post in slideshows...the ocean was nearly at high tide...the experiences BreathPausing...but will let the photographs tell the stories.
