If you are capable of bringing up your children without a single advice
– it is very difficult believe me –
no one needs to teach them a spiritual process.
But everyone is talking with authority about things they have no clue about. Because of this, someone has to guide you to a spiritual process.

Despite the insistence of the conditioned mind,
it doesn’t start “out there.”
Nothing happens in the world
that doesn’t begin within the mind.
All fear begins there.
All confusion begins there.
All violence begins there.
All suffering begins there.
All courage begins there.
All creativity begins there.
All peace begins there.
All freedom begins there.

JUST BACK FROM SUNRISE
AH sweet relief and an 84 reading on oxygen is up to 95
Almost stroked out before leaving…the oppression so great….
finally lifted when we got to The Rock
first the horizon was NO CLOUDS, no nothing but same grey…I mean the whole sky…!
The NOTHINGNESS
Finally
after self-timer photos at Rock and trying out new camera for first time.
(.have had NO energy to do that…
purchased in Ocala last March.)
I can breathe better but start to waver as we turn towards dunes path.
Sit on yellow chair to rest and then inner ask Dr.LGD re: future cavort-mate…
with that, a huge glob of mucus breaks loose from depths of lungs…looks pearly…took photo to mark the milestone moment.
HAVE FELT RELEASED FROM THIS SITUATION THAT WORSENS….EVER SINCE THE GLOB BROKE LOOSE….FROM LUNGS’ DEPTHS POST SUNRISE ON YELLOW CHAIR
WHO SAYS THERE IS EVEN AN “I” EXISTING
