"Awakening" in/of/as ONLY SILENCE

In your own words, you testify to a sudden openness
of the self without a reference point or a long spiritual search.
What were the circumstances of this awakening?
It took only that one moment
to see that all that I thought I was, I am not.
I discovered by myself my true nature,
and since then
I am in a state of profound amazement.

Can you describe what you felt
during this instant when awakening happened?
An absolutely powerful obviousness that took over
everything that I thought I was.
A power that overtook the three states
(wakefulness, sleep and dream)
and all that they contain
This is the most potent power in the universe.
SILENCE HEALS.
My vision has changed completely.
It is no longer me who sees with the eyes of my body

AFTERNOON

The sage is indifferent.
He does not hanker after more pleasure,
nor does he refuse whatever may come to him by way of experience.
There is no volition, either positive or negative,
because there is no separate entity to choose,
want or strive for anything.

Man, unaware of the seamless unity of all things,
pulls in one direction and in turn finds himself
pulled helplessly in the opposite direction.

He considers himself superior to his environment
and yet is ignorant even of the origin of his own thoughts.
He does not truly know whether any action of his
is really of his own volition or predetermined.

He thinks he can shape his own destiny

We are form and we are formless, simultaneously.
In this new structure, we are able to experience
our consciousness body as formless, shapeless, and moving through time functioning as a wave,
while our physical body form is connected to earth
and still functioning within the principles of matter.

Ascending humans are becoming aware that both states of being,
formless and in form,
are possible to exist within simultaneous or spiral time,
and as the conscious observer of time,
we can still remain unbound to the station of time and its constructs.

As an example, in meditation or consciousness transport,
we are experiencing another level of timeless,
formless, and flowing movement
that is unbound to space and time,
in which our consciousness
may more easily time travel or bi-locate.

The lightbody becomes free
from the constraints of time and space to more easily time travel.

AFTERNOON

INVITING SYNCHRONICITY TO MANIFEST
..A wizard allows synchronicity to manifest.
We cannot make synchronicities happen. It is in their very nature to occur "by coincidence". We cannot control or manipulate the world in order to create synchronicities--
their source is not of this world.
Yet we can encourage their appearance; we can open ourselves to them.
A wizard opens to synchronicity by following three basic principles.

The first principle is that of wholeness.
The more rested I am, the more relaxed my mind and body,
the more in touch I am with my self, the more free I feel,
the easier my soul,
the more whole I am.
And the more whole I am,
the more synchronicity seems to occur.
Conversely, when I am out of balance,
tired, stressed, frazzled,
wrapped up in concern
or in some other way off center,
synchronicity does not manifest
nearly so abundantly.

A wizard allows inner wholeness to be a priority.
A wizard keeps rested, relaxed, centered and clear.

A second characteristic of synchronicities is that they tend to support our needs.
They seem to bring us just what we need, at just the right time.
It is as if the Universe has my best interests at heart,
and arranges for their fulfillment in ways
which I could never have dreamt of.

It is, to quote a renowned Indian teacher,
"the support of nature".
We support nature by centering ourselves,
and nature supports us back,
providing the opportunities to fulfill our needs.
This is what makes them so magical and remarkable—such a coincidence.

However, if we do not know what we truly want or most need,
or if two desires are in conflict, the synchronicities that manifest
may not be in our own best interests.
We may want something one day, have it the next,
and not want it the day after.
So before "cosmic choreography" can support us,
we need to be clear on what it is we really want.
The more we are in touch with our highest intention,
the more we find that nature supports.

Intention is not desire.
Our desires are our beliefs as to how we might get what we want.
We desire money because we think it might buy us greater peace of mind.
We desire a mate because we think we will then be happy.
Sometimes these ways work (for a while);
sometimes they don't.
Sometimes something completely different
may give us what we need.

Cosmic choreography
knows how to fulfill our intentions far better than we do.
Our task is not to force the world to be a certain way,
but to be aware of our underlying intention,
and so provide a direction in which synchronicity can flow.

Wizards are clear on their intention.
They know what it is they really need;
what underlies all their many wants and desires.
Wizards hold this intention in their mind.
And then let go.
No attachment to how or when;
just a simple openness to whatever may be--
and a silent delight in the synchronicities
that come to be.

And there is one more principle I have discovered.
I can sit alone in my cottage in the middle of a forest, at peace in myself,
centered and whole, and clear on my inner intention,
yet here few coincidences occur.
Significant coincidences nearly always seem to involve other people in some way.
It is as if our interplay with others gives cosmic choreography
greater opportunities to reach through to us.

This is the third principle of wizardry—a principle I call "zipping and zooming".
Playing our part in the world, and allowing cosmic choreography to play its part.
Although we may not be able to make synchronicities happen, we can create environments that foster their occurrence. We can create an inner environment of wholeness and high intention; and in our outer lives we can engage ourselves fully in the world, mix with the social field, go out and play.

Play whatever game and role best fits our intentions.
Play it with our soul, fully.
Play it in whatever way brings us inner wholeness,
enjoyment and fulfillment--
there is, after all,
no point in suffering while we play.

The womb of now
Slow way down.
Breathe deeply from the lower belly.
Feel your feet on the earth.
Sink into the womb of now.

For just this moment,
set aside the need to understand,
to figure it all out,
or to replace this moment with another.

Today may not be the day for answers,
but to let your heart break open
to the vastness of the question.

As the stars surrender to daybreak,
lay your hands on your heart
and behold what is happening here:
Blues coming into existence
that have never made their way
into this dimension.

of the rarity and outrageousness

AFTERNOON...

A person who has just started learning to swim,
and has to make considerable effort just to keep afloat,
will find it difficult to accept that it is possible to float effortlessly.

So also, a seeker beset with a plethora of questions and problems,
will find it difficult to accept that the seeker is the sought,
that the very seeking is the problem,
and that it is possible to float through life
naturally and effortlessly,
without a sense of doership.

So many names for, so many descriptions of, The Mystery.
The name I cherish most dearly is Wordless, Unspeakable,
The only description my weary mind can accept, Unknowable,
All names, all descriptions being…
So many Veils.

And yet, when the heart speaks in words of the Unspeakable,
It uses names… “Beloved”, “Beautiful One”, “My Own”,
Knowing full well that these expressions of Love are...
So many Veils.

And when the mind seeks in vain to describe the Unknowable,
It uses metaphors… “Friend”, “Teacher”, “Guide”,
Knowing full well that these expressions of Wisdom are...
So many Veils.

What is it that is Veiled by names, however Beautiful,
Veiled by descriptions in metaphor, however Humbled and Wise,
Veiled by all that appears, and... by we to whom all appears?
You'll have to ask your Heart.

Photos this afternoon are from a photo session with friend Lena Proudlock..she is preparing marketing material for The Harbour Island Vegetable Market each Wed where i will take my shell creations and "more"....the first photos dmm took...lastly will be ones Lena took....she is an "artist soul", international designer & professional photographer, mother of four children,
and and much more.

Shadow illumination

Usually when we talk about parts of ourselves
that we have disowned and placed into the shadow,
we're referring to less desirable material
such as fear, rage, shame, and despair.
The shadow is seen as the dark repository
for all of the so-called negative aspects of ourselves,
i.e. unhealthy dependency, unacknowledged narcissism,
unmet hopelessness, and the looming ghosts
of our unlived lives.

But it is not only negative aspects that we defend against,
dissociate from, and place into the unconscious.
Many of us have lost the capacity to access, embody, and express
more “positive” experiences such as contentment,
pleasure, creativity, sexuality,
intimacy, and excitement.

While it is a bit harder to wrap our minds around,
some of us have disconnected from the simple experience of joy,
a spontaneous sense of elation at being alive.

For example,
if the very natural, raw, human experience of joy
constellated complexes in our parents
– say it brought up anxiety in Mom, anger in Dad,
or caused others to shame or pull away from us –
we learned quite quickly that joy is not okay,
and even potentially dangerous.
This reality can be very confusing
as we come to associate the experience of joy
with being unsafe.

As a little one,
with a developing brain and nervous system,
we learn to disown or dissociate from any state of mind
which has the potential to disrupt
the tie to critical attachment figures.
This capacity of repression is intelligent and creative,
and in many cases saved our lives.
But many of us long to know joy again,
to feel alive, to fully participate here.
Illuminating, tending to,
and working through these contradictions is difficult,
heartbreaking, and rewarding work.

To re-train ourselves to feel joy
is not an easy path as by definition
we will have to step back through that anxiety, panic,
and sense of annihilation that the repression of joy
has served to protect us from.
But it is a path well worth exploring.
To allow ourselves,
as part of our inquiry,
to see the ways we have placed not only “negative” material
into the unconscious shadow,
but how we have split off from the positive as well.

True happiness is characterized by stability.
You may say that life is but a succession of changes –
from successes to failures, from plenty to poverty,
peace to war,
health to sickness,
and so on.
And we have no choice
but to submit to these changes.
Externally, yes, it is inevitable, but within, no.

War may break out, you may fall sick,
you may suddenly lose everything that you have,
or be abandoned by your spouse, your children, your friends,
without ever wavering.
Why?
Because your consciousness does not stagnate
at the level of the events:
for every problem and hardship,
you find an explanation,
a truth that appeases and consoles you.

A person who is accustomed to rising very high up via thought
sees things in a different light.
They can be stripped of all their possessions and persecuted
but they know that all this is transient,
that they are immortal,
and that nothing can really touch them.

they still find happiness.
