AKASHA TAO CORE
KEEPING ALL IN PERFECT ORDER
MIND AND BODY
* "…to be in a state of devotion is a simple way to receive.
To be in a state of defense is a simple way to avoid.
Your problem is just this: you are too lost in your instinct of self-preservation.
This instinct of self-preservation is a shield against everything.
Devotion means to be devoid of that,
to simply be here."

has to be
so you can find
the one line
a great sky
to find that
wedge of freedom
in your own heart.
the bones of the black
sticks left when the fire
has gone out
someone has written
in the ashes of your life.
you are arriving.
- David Whyte
Cradled in the "Infinite In-Between",
like the space between words, or
the breathless pause between thoughts,
that space of Stillness of Being -
Pure Awareness unfolding ItSelf
the limitless, boundaryless Infinite
Beingness that just IS;
that lives ItSelf through/as this body-mind.
I must bow inwardly before the Ineffable
that fills this being...
The pull of "The Beloved" is so strong...
not out of some false sense of piety,
or self-negation, or false effort to attain -
but out of sincere and genuine adoration
for that which can't be named or spoken,
but which is Alive within me.
My Heart kicks in recognition...
The deep Presence of the pureness of Existence...
The Living, Breathing Being that "I" am;
not the surface persona of thoughts, perceptions,
and feelings... but the deepest Essence of Being
ItSelf invites me inward to ItSelf...
How could "i" resist...
and find myself fluidly suspended in Its Breath,
Cradled in Its Rhythm,
Dissolved in the purity of Being beyond being;
the quintessential "Infinite In-Between"
of untainted Knowing Awareness.

the page in the Silence the morning that I wrote this
- and then the poem emerged.
I know someone will tell me there is
Sometimes the words just
come as they come, prior to mind or definition.
In this case
there is no particular "meaning" for the phrase
except my experience of it that morning
as described in the poem.
My only "intention" in writing is to inspire,
as I am inspired to write.
May it do so,
no matter if your mind wants to argue with the words.:)

can gladly die in the evening.
Die before you die, so that when you die you need not die.
There is a great quote from Kabir:
“If you don’t break your ropes while you are alive”—that is,
if you don’t break the identification
with your body and your personality while you’re alive--
“do you think that ghosts will do it after?”
The idea that the soul will join with the ecstatic
just because the body is rotten,
that is all fantasy.
What is found now is found then.
If you find nothing now,
you’ll simply end up with an apartment in the city of death.
But if you make love with the Divine now,
then in the next life,
you will have the face of satisfied desire.
So plunge into the truth.
Find out who your teacher is.
Believe in the great sound.
so that you can break the identification now.
Then, at the moment of transformation,
you can just go.
If you have fear, you will be met and guided and protected.
There will be beings that are there,
who are on other planes,
available to give meaning to this transformation for you.
Devotion is just that you have demolished all of these boundaries of self-preservation;
you are just flowing to the maximum extent that you can flow.
Whatever you are devoted to,
once you dismantle the concrete structure of who you are,
suddenly the quality of what you are devoted to will just reflect upon you,
and that quality will become you.
Whether it is a writer, scientist, sportsperson, housewife,
or just about anyone who is absolutely devoted to what he is doing,
there is a different kind of quality about that person.
it is just that it is the highest level of perception.
You can imprint yourself with what you are seeking
because you opened yourself up completely.
into your step,
into every act that you do,
not towards anybody or anything;
if you can just bring the longing
to merge with everything around you,
then creation will lead you on to the creator.
A devotee has no other goal
except to dissolve into his object of devotion.
EXCELLENT synopsis from Sadhguru
usually try to stay away from devotion.
He can grasp things that you have to struggle with
because there is not much of him within himself.
When you are too full of self,
there is no room for anything higher to happen.
