Epiphany definition, let’s go.
Epiphanies are too legit to quit. It is that AHAAAA moment.
The one where you’ve heard it.
There was a seed planted and then one day you get it!
You actually fully understand.
It is relevant to you.
It speaks to your insides
and you can never go back to not knowing or feeling the change.
I once heard an epiphany is something
you always knew with your head
but once you knew it to be true in your soul,
you’ve reached an epiphany.
Ladies and gentlemen.
Making milestone epiphanies in your physical body is the GREATEST.
It gives you such a power over your circumstances that is unshakable.
Let’s just say from age 0-18 you live with guardians and hit milestone after milestone.
When something is uncomfortable *acne* or awkward *puberty* you are often comforted with the “it’s just a phase” lingo. Well at some point our bodies stop maturing. So muscles get tighter, joints get under/overused and people don't know the rules. The old rules are wait it out and it will go away. This age old rule sometimes works. But sometimes, it doesn’t.
So when it doesn’t work, who can we turn to? Doctor? Well we don’t like to complain and we aren’t actually injured. Besides, raise your hand if you’re afraid of your copay. Fitness trainer! Their best intentions can help. But sometimes the stigma in traditional fitness has this overlying “no pain, no gain.”
Well, pain is the reason you are seeking out counsel here. Keep looking.
I have found the solution to my questions from the bazillion epiphanies I have had in Pilates
Yoga has these phenomenons too!
Also, well rounded personal trainers, chiropractors and physical therapists can help.
I suppose my main message is,
enjoy the process.
If you don’t, seek counsel elsewhere.
You get to keep your glorious body the whole time you grace this round earth.
Enjoy learning and putting sense to the madness.
It’s worth the trivial pursuit.

Of all things….to figure we can avoid the dark murky, sticky take-over of the body/mind if we do NOT do basic things known to do which help Celebrate Peace/Joy
beyond earthly measure.
Just the few yoga stretches and “Eye of Revelation” 7 Rites! would make SUCH A DIFFERENCE!
Have no knowing now to force walking (or really anything else)
…in fact am unable to “force” self to do anything…
...have to wait until thoughts clear…just like ocean tides shift,
then be Moved with Divine energy when it Comes.
One can Cultivate for such Shift of Energy, but One cannot create it…
One just makes Self available for that…by clearing mind/body via Original Source/Creation’s Light & Breath…
Ie One’s energy then is matching and available for RareFired Life…Rarification
