Is addiction the core problem..?
Will turn over this room today looking for something lost…coffee filters!
Energy to get on bicycle yesterday to get smokes (or other times some kind of food we desire…)
This is so mind-blowing, which is the whole point…well let the search begin for filters and clearing this room of excess…old energy excess…

also noting many more “liver spots” on body
have NOT done yoga on mat for seeming months…
and now not even the neck 10 min one for at least a few wks it seems.
That plus NOT having self-timer camera for about two wks so OceanCavorts have dwindled even though we manage to take quick stroll both sunsrise/afternoon.
Let this day be one of Movement…albeit jump started due to “addiction” to coffee.
KNOW those filters are somewhere in this room…
Oxy meter says breathing 97 pulse heart 96
Obviously we HAVE to be able to LET GO of everything tangible in this life as well as all relationships… (people, things, dreams of what to do/be, “callings”) people/situations that are temptations to be “missionary” and ALSO the ones that are so Fueling and Wonderful….
