I must admit that more than ever before,
I have come to appreciate those times of silent stillness,
of peace-filled solitude,
to just be,
where there is nothing to do or to say,
yet where there is everything to gain.

When I was young,
I never knew that silent stillness held such richness or such deep peace ...
yet this is the current of energy for this new time,
it is always there,
within and around us,
waiting, nurturing, present ....

Life is a Continuum
​
​From the tip-top of January
to the bottom of every December;
life is a continuum.
May we remember to remember

There are no platforms on which we
halt. No arrivals at which we are landing
There is only continuous movement.
Blend motion into all planning.

Next is a good four-letter word that dances
on the tongue and illuminates the playgrounds
of our minds. Next can call loudly or soft
and subtle when it chimes.

Within the cold of winter, remember next are
the fragrant flowers of spring. Next reminds us
there is no be-all or end-all to anything.

When riding a high tide or if a low tide
has you feeling sadness or perplexed,
know true muscle can be found
in how well we just say … Next!

What calls the ear to listen or the eye to see
more than the surface facade that shrouds our essential spirit?
Parting the strata and dross, what is essential picks its way
through the manicured narrative of endless lives. ​

In each moment of every day, Truth is not lacking or held in
abeyance for some later date;
it is given in full measure,
and abundantly so.

  Do not be afraid of what appears to be
chaos or dissolution - embrace the full measure of your life
at any cost. 
 Bare your heart to the Unknown
 and
never
look back. 

What you are stands content, invisible,
and everlasting. 

All means have been provided for our
endless folly to split open into eternal delight.

that the current virtue rising in the fields of Earth is compassion,

I also love Grace
where Grace is an energy that is attracted to us
when we flood our systems
with the cosmic electricity
of
Divine Love and Divine Wisdom
and
​Divine Power.

Grace brings magic and synchronicity and joy,
a feeling that everything is flowing perfectly,
unfolding perfectly driven by
some Divinely orchestrated beat.

Grace is the feminine principle,
the cosmic mother of nurturing love
that supports and soothes creation.

Many are also hearing a heart felt call to make life simpler,
to be more loving in all we are and do
and to make sure that we also spend time self nurturing
as we also ensure that our presence
is also nurturing for all life on Earth.

In his book You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter,
Dispenza shares a few insights, 
"Your personality is made up of how you think, act, and feel.
It is your state of being.
Therefore, your same thoughts, actions, and feelings
will keep you enslaved to the same past personal reality.
However, when you as a personality embrace new thoughts, actions, and feelings,
you will inevitably create a new personal reality in your future."

"beliefs and perceptions are subconscious states of being.
They start with thoughts and feelings that you think and feel over and over,
until they ultimately become habituated or automatic-at which point they form an attitude."

This is important to understand as pranic living
allows us to encounter so many limited perceptions within ourselves
and also within others.
Dr Dispenza also shares,
"So if you want to change a belief or perception,
you have to first change your state of being.
And changing your state of being means changing your energy,
because in order for you to affect matter,
you have to become more energy and less matter,
more wave and less particle.
That requires you to combine a clear intention and an elevated emotion -
those are the two ingredients."

As a culture,
most of us have a concept of death that,
in our opinion, is inaccurate. 

That concept is overladen with fear.
 Woody Allen surmised it perfectly it when he said: 
I’m not afraid to die, I just don’t want to be there when it happens.
The fact of the matter is that we will all die.
