You are the evidence that we are more sensitive and connected to others than we may know. 
You are the one learning that your sensitivities -
which have been labeled mental illness or disabilities or weakness by some
- are really great powers and gifts to be nurtured, cultivated, understood…

To You, the Silent Warriors among us,
who are masters at alchemical transformation
and do not fear diving into the collective mud-puddle of emotion
to do cosmic- and psychic-housekeeping…without hazmat suits, no less! 
Nope – just with golden shields of love
that you dream up with your heart."
