Have you ever taken note of one thing? –
the present is always juicy the present is always blissful. ​

Worry and suffering are created
 either by what you wanted to do in the past
and could not do,
or by what you want to do in the future
 and don’t know whether you will be able to do or not. ​

 Did you ever notice,
did you ever look at this small truth,
that there is no suffering in the present,
 there is no worry?

  This is why the present does not disturb the mind –
anxiety disturbs the mind. ​​

There is no suffering in the present.
 The present doesn’t know suffering--
the present is such a small moment
 that suffering cannot fit into it.
 In the present only heaven can fit, not hell.
 Hell is too big! ​

The present can only be peace,
 can only be happiness.

David Carse - ‘nobody home’

The flute does not know music:
it does not know ‘G’ from ‘B flat;’
it does not know tempo or emphasis, 
and cannot make music come out of itself:
it’s just a hollow bamboo stick with holes in it!

It is the musician who has the knowledge 
and the skill and the intention 
and the dexterity, and whose breath
blows through the instrument
and whose fingers manipulate the openings
so that beautiful music flows out.

When the music is ended,
no one congratulates the wooden stick
on the music it made:
it is the musician who is applauded and thanked
for this beautiful gift of music.

It is precisely so with what we think of as our ‘selves.’ 
We are instruments, hollow sticks, 
through which the Breath, the Spirit, the Energy 
which is Presence, 
All That Is, 
Consciousness, flows.

Just as it is not the flute making the note, 
but the Musician making the note through the instrument,
so it is the breath which is Presence 
which animates this mind and body
and comes out through this mouth
to make it seem
that this mouth is speaking words.

The basic misunderstanding, 
the basic ignorance,
is this unwitting usurpation of the role of Musician 
by the instrument. 

This inversion of the truth is spontaneously realized
when the  Understanding occurs.
It becomes obvious that there is no individual, 
that there is ‘nobody home,’ 
no entity here to be the doer or not.​

Because awakening
is..... 

...simply the Understanding
​ that there is no one here to awaken.

There ‘is’ only ONE,
despite the appearance of many.

This ONE may be called Pure Conscious Awareness,
SELF or many other names.
IT is indivisible
but when the belief in separation is present
the ‘Light’ of Consciousness
​ seems to ‘split’ into numberless parts.

This phenomena [illusion or dream]
is also represented by the concept of ‘dimensions’,
which are only levels ‘of’ the Awareness of ONE.

The less the Awareness,
the so called lower the level
of ‘perception’ of dimensions.

The third dimension is the most commonly known
with much talk about
4th and 5th dimensions in recent years.

You are NOT the body-mind-identity [a person]
​ or the thoughts the mind generates
… anything that is temporary is NOT Real …
just part of the projections
on the screen of Consciousness or Nothing-ness
when separation is believed in.

When Consciousness departs a body-mind-identity
[what the false self calls death]
it does not go to a so called ‘other side’ …
it ‘goes’ nowhere since ONE
​ has no distance to and from anything.

The projected dream continues in a subtler body
[also an illusion]
and leads the dreamer to other dream experiences …
all with the single purpose of Awakening
to the full Awareness of the ONE IT ‘is’.

The departure from the body
​does not somehow bring you to Truth.
All this activity is simply dreaming ‘within’ dreams ...
no matter how beautiful or so called ‘spiritual’ it may seem.

The mind loves phenomena
and makes these concepts of dimensions,
subtle bodies and other unseen entities
somehow ‘special’ …they are NOT,

......(they are) 
just another variety of dreaming
but with an enormous influence
to ‘distract’ you from the
only purpose you are here for …

.......We Perched and Snuggled and Rested on Remembrance Rock below....for the longest...just Paused.....no self-timer clicking...

....this has Happened several times this lifetime
when a huge CHANGE in the life is occurring.....or rather...
 this always MARKS the CHANGE and Final Shift at the time...
