Again this morning, extremely high tide and roaring,..steady... strong wind....almost knocked me to the sand as i came down the dunes path to ocean...literally removed breath from body.....i doubled over to wait for breath to return....was Reminded again that The Sudden Pause during intense, explosive times is Vital...breath starts to return with that Reminder in Inner Ear....look up to see a hole in the dark clouds...it's in shape of a large white heart.
