the extreme paralyzing panic that was taking over again this morning simply POOFED…
...and we have moved like a happy child/teenager….
...propelled by the spirit of LIFE,
because death is our support
and ever-present Relaxation/Comforter.

The yin yang, ouroboros…the entire body an ouroboros…
HEART is suddenly so Peaceful...
the minding-mind panic has also POOFED.

Mind/Awareness is sharp and clear WITHOUT thoughts or thinking.
The body is cheerfully moving thru required tasks
of cleaning/packing or anything else
it SILENTLY Simply Knows to do....
