 This morning while I took this pose
I thought about reaching my hand towards the heavens and God
while my other hand was grounded into the earth. 
​
It is why I practice. 
What I reflect upon while when I practice.
And it was just a beautiful morning!

ALYCIA

We had a big dustorm blow thru last night followed by a lot of thunder and lightning.
The winds were really strong and our neighborhood
lost some trees and light posts it was so big.
This morning was calm and beautiful.

Blue skies were dotted with fluffy clouds.
Isn't that what life is like too?
Turbulent experiences and magical moments
like with you on the beach that touch our souls
and forever shape our perspective
and help us appreciate the beauty around us
and within us?!?!

I imagined myself grounding into the earth during life's storms
and reaching to the heavens to touch the Divine.

TOUCHING YOUR HEART

All mental knowledge is ‘acquired ignorance’.
It fills numberless pages in countless libraries
and spills into the repository of the mind
to build walls of illusory words
around the Truth.​

The Truth is Silent and wordless … empty nothing-ness,
and yet filled with ‘real’ Knowing-ness.

IT cannot be accessed by the mind,
the pretender-SELF.

Only when open, available, humble and receptive
will the gentle breath of Truth
‘touch your Heart’.

The Great SHIFT continues to unfold rapidly
as the collapse of the dysfunctional patriarchy
continues to merge with a cycle of Balance.

What has been imbalanced for thousands of years
is becoming clearly visible during this ‘transition’

The discord that happens on the holographic screen of consciousness

and there is no more auspicious moment
than when one turns the finger of discontent ‘inside’
and recognizes the architect of their world

is of their own design.​

Welcome these inevitable SHIFTS,
which occur so that
this Awareness becomes your own.

This ‘inner vision’ occurs on the knees
of humility and vulnerability
where the Heart is Open
allowing the Light of Truth
[Who YOU Are]
to become easily recognizable.

Here … the Peace that exists within the darkest moments
is apparent as ‘always’ Present.
